Brooks R. Holland Assistant Professor of Law Gonzaga School of Law, Spokane, WA Brooks Holland is an Assistant Professor of Law at Gonzaga University School of Law. Mr. Holland graduated magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law in 1994. He practiced as a public defender in the Bronx and Manhattan until the Fall of 2005, when he began teaching criminal law, criminal procedure, constitutional law, and professional responsibility at Gonzaga. Mr. Holland continues to practice criminal law as a CJA panel attorney in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Holland sits on the Board of Directors for the ACLU of Washington and is a member of the WSBA Council on Public Defense.[November 2010]
