Rebecca Bates Manno is counsel in the Litigation Department. Ms. Bates Manno advises clients on information management and discovery issues. Her practice focuses on designing and implementing records retention programs for clients of all sizes and business structures. As part of that focus, Ms. Bates Manno conducts audits of clients' existing information-related practices and programs. She also conducts employee training in records retention policy and procedures compliance, including the use and storage of electronic media. Ms. Bates Manno also works with clients involved in the discovery phase of litigation to preserve, collect, process and produce documents relevant to the cause of action. Working through Frost Brown Todd LLC, Ms. Bates Manno managed a discovery team for a multinational corporation faced with serial litigation in many jurisdictions in the United States and abroad. In order to address the client's complex discovery needs in a consistent manner, Ms. Bates Manno interacted with employees at all levels, and in all locations of the corporation, to develop and implement a sound information management structure.
