Mark McCrea MN Department of Labor, St. Paul, MN Mark McCrea supervises alternative dispute resolution services for the Workers’ Compensation Division of the Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry. He frequently conducts mediation, negotiation and conflict management training at professional conferences, educational institutions and other venues. The Minnesota Supreme Court appointed Mark to the court’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Review Board from 1996 through 2005. In 2007 he was presented a distinguished service award by the Minnesota State Bar Association for contributions to alternative dispute resolution in Minnesota. Mark has a Masters Degree in vocational rehabilitation counseling from Minnesota State University at Mankato.
