Kafi has handled numerous multi-million dollar, multi-party townhouse and condominium cases throughout Minnesota, many of which specifically address Minnesota Common Interest Ownership Act (MCIOA) issues. She regularly represents general contractors and subcontractors in both large and small commercial and residential matters. Kafi also has extensive experience representing major window manufacturing companies. Kafi has litigated a multitude of matters involving both commercial and residential construction defect, mechanics liens, and MCIOA. She also works with clients in the areas of construction-related product liability issues and insurance coverage litigation.
