Hon. Carol Ann Conboy NH Supreme Court, Concord Hon. Carol Ann Conboy was appointed Associate Justice of the NH Supreme Court in 2009 by Governor John Lynch, after serving 17 years on the NH Superior Court bench. Justice Conboy is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and earned her law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center (now the University of New Hampshire School of Law) in 1978. She also served as an officer in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. After law school, Justice Conboy clerked for Judge Shane Devine, the former chief judge of the NH Federal Court. She was a partner at McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton and practiced as a trial lawyer with a concentration on employment law before being appointed to the NH Superior Court in 1992. During her time at the Superior Court, Justice Conboy was the Supervisory Justice in Merrimack County and chair of both the Superior Court Sentence Review Board and the Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Judicial Ethics. In addition to her judicial duties, Justice Conboy currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of NH School of Law. 9/11 TL |
