Ms. Parker focuses her practice in the areas of professional liability defense, labor and employment law, products liability defense, and construction defect litigation. She defends medical professionals against claims of professional negligence and medical board claims and advises them about risk management matters. She also defends lawyers against bar discipline matters and advises them about risk management matters. Her employment law practice involves defending employers against discrimination and retaliation suits and advising employers in matters involving the WARN Act. Ms. Parker is a member of the Oregon Hispanic Bar Association Board of Directors, the Hispanic National Bar Association, Oregon Women Lawyers, and the Multnomah Bar Association Judicial Screening Committee, and the Oregon Commission on Hispanic Affairs.
