Mary S. Searles

Mary S. Searles is Law Librarian of New Hampshire Law Library in Concord, N.H. Prior to her appointment as law librarian in 2005, she was coordinator of the New Hampshire Bar Association's Lawyer Referral, Reduced Fee, and DOVE programs, and served as staff liaison for the Bar's public information pamphlet and Pro Se Divorce Book projects. She earned her B.A. from the University of New Hampshire in 1981 and her Master's degree from Simmons' Graduate School of Library and Information Science in 2004. Mary is a former trustee of the New Hampshire Supreme Court Society and is a member of the New Hampshire Library Association, the New England Library Association, and the American Association of Law Libraries. She is coordinating the Public Law Libraries Project which provides legal research tools and training on legal reference to public librarians throughout the state.
