Brian J. Todd Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, Seattle, WA Brian J. Todd is a partner in the Seattle office of Davis Wright Tremaine, LLP, where he chairs the firm’s Business Tax Practice Group. His practice focuses on federal income tax issues in connection with a wide variety of corporate, LLC, partnership and international transactions, as well as the structuring and drafting of economically complex LLC and partnership agreements. Mr. Todd chairs the Partnership and LLC Law Committee of the Business Law Section of the WSBA, is a past chair of the Business Law Section and is a member of the WSBA Tax Section and Transactional Tax Committee. Mr. Todd earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Carleton College, his J.D., magna cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law and his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.[June 2010]
