Karen Dinan has been with the AGO for 16 1/2 years. She has primarily represented the Department of Social and Health Services/Division of Child and Family Services in cases involving shelter care, dependency and termination of parental rights and currently advises Children's Administration. Ms. Dinan has also handled cases involving child care licensing, foster care licensing and adult family home licensing. Over the years she has represented other state agencies as well: Department of Early Learning, Department of Licensing, Employment Security Department and the Department of Labor and Industries. Ms. Dinan graduated from the Lewis and Clark School of Law in 1991.[May 2012]
