Benjamin R. Delson Of Counsel Mandel Bhandari LLP, New York Benjamin R. Delson is of counsel to Mandel Bhandari. Mr. Delson litigates commercial disputes in diverse fields and industries. Mr. Delson has represented prominent investment banks and major international insurance companies, as well as national environmental organizations, small business, and individuals. He has spent hundreds of hours appearing before arbitration panels and has substantial experience working with mathematicians and statisticians to present complex financial matters for adjudication. Before joining Mandel Bhandari, Mr. Delson was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York. After receiving his law degree, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable James R. Browning, who sits in San Francisco on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Delson graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University School of Law, where he served as Notes Editor of the Law Review. |
