Sujata  Chaudhri Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman, P.C., New York Sujata Chaudhri is a partner at Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman, P.C., a reputed IP boutique in the city. She advises clients on clearance, prosecution and enforcement of trademarks and domain names in the United States and other countries. Ms. Chaudhri also has experience in handling disputes, negotiating settlements and drafting and negotiating IP contracts, license agreements, consent agreements, and purchase agreements. In addition to New York, she is admitted to practice in India. Ms. Chaudhri serves on the Adjunct faculty at Franklin Pierce Law Center and is a guest speaker at the New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association (she co-chairs the Legislative Committee of the IP Section) and also serves as an advisor to the India Development Committee of the International Trademark Association.
