Neill Tseng Neill Tseng is an Assistant United States Attorney in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in San Francisco, where he serves as the Electronic Discovery Office Coordinator AUSA. Before that, Mr. Tseng taught full-time for one year as a visiting assistant professor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego and worked in private practice at a law firm in Honolulu. Mr. Tseng also clerked for a judge on the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and for a federal district judge. Mr. Tseng graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School and Yale College.
