Hon. Marguerite L. Wageling NH Superior Court, Associate Justice Hon. Marguerite L. Wageling was appointed Associate Justice of the NH Superior Court in 2009. Prior to her appointment, she was the Hillsborough County Attorney, having been elected in January 2004. She earned her B.A. from Trinity College in Washington, D.C. in 1979 and her J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1984. Judge Wageling is a former co-chair of the NHBA’s Criminal Justice Section. From 1985 to 2000, she was an assistant Hillsborough County Attorney, and an Assistant NH Attorney General from 2000 to 2004. While at the Office of the NH Attorney General, Judge Wageling headed the Administrative Prosecutions Unit. 11/10 TL
