Mr. Barton is a graduate of the United States Army Field Artillery School’s artillery surveyor course, the University of Oregon, and Willamette University College of Law. He is a member of the board of directors of the Returning Veterans Project, served on the Oregon State Bar’s Special Committee on the Military Assistance Panel, and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
