She defends employers in litigation matters relating to allegations of discrimination, harassment, and non-compete violations. In addition, she advises clients and provides training on a variety of employment-related issues including administration of FMLA leave, workplace policies, discrimination and harassment, and performance-management. Gabrielle also provides pro bono assistance to clients who fear persecution in their home countries and are seeking asylum in the United States.
