Hon. Richard B. McNamara Merrimack County Superior Court, Concord Hon. Richard B. McNamara is a Superior Court Justice assigned to the Business and Commercial Dispute Docket. The docket was created on December 1, 2009, and has heard a number of cases involving trade secrets, breach of contract and other commercial disputes. Judge McNamara earned his A.B. from Boston College in 1972 and his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1975. He has been active in the NH Bar Association for many years, most recently serving as its President from 2006-2007. Judge McNamara was a member of the NHBA’s Legislation Committee from 2001-2009, and served as its chair from 2007-2009. Prior to his Superior Court appointment, Judge McNamara practiced at Wiggin & Nourie, PA in Manchester, NH (1979-2009). From 1975-1979 he was with the NH Attorney General’s Office.
