Mr. Badoux’s practice focuses on disputes involving wage and hour compliance, wrongful termination, workplace discrimination/ harassment, unfair competition and trade secrets, breach of contract, labor relations and OSHA matters on behalf of governmental clients and private sector clients in a broad range of industries, including retail, hospitality, healthcare, shipping, sanitation, construction trades and consumer services. Mr. Badoux also assists clients in conducting legal compliance audits and preventive training to employees and managers, drafting policies, procedure manuals, employee handbooks and domestic and foreign employment and consultancy agreements.
