David Sasseville Lindquist & Vennum, P.L.L.P., Minneapolis, MN David serves as Lindquist & Vennum’s general counsel, ethics, and loss-prevention partner. He practices in the litigation areas of commercial, professional liability, and administrative law. He also has experience in the area of corporate securities, real estate litigation; telecommunications; environmental and energy law; and lawyers’ professional responsibility.By appointment of the Minnesota Supreme Court, David served on the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board from 2003 to 2009. For the last four of those years, he chaired the board’s rules committee.David teaches professional responsibility as an adjunct professor at the William Mitchell College of Law, and frequently lectures on the topics of legal ethics, malpractice, and professional responsibility, as well as on loss prevention.
