Paul Neese Oregon State Bar, Tigard Paul Neese, Oregon State Bar, Tigard. Mr. Neese is an Assistant General Counsel at the Oregon State Bar. His work in the Client Assistance Office includes evaluating telephone inquiries and written complaints about lawyer conduct and responding to ethics questions by members of the bar. Prior to working at the bar, Mr. Neese represented parents and children in juvenile dependency cases.
