Charlie Hauser Charles K. Hauser graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1978 with a degree in Business/Real Estate. In 1981, Mr. Hauser graduated from Loyola School of Law, Los Angeles. Mr. Hauser has served in the capacity as General Counsel to the Southern Nevada Water Authority and Las Vegas Valley Water District since 1992.
