Jeffrey C. Krause Stutman Treister & Glatt PC, Los Angeles, CA JEFFREY C. KRAUSE is a shareholder at Stutman, Treister & Glatt Professional Corporation. He has taught bankruptcy at the USC School of Law and real property secured transactions at Loyola School of Law. He is the past chair of the Debtor-Creditor Committee of the Litigation Section of the ABA and the Debtor Assistance Project of the LA County Bar Association, past president of the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum and a member of the American College of Bankruptcy. Mr. Krause has served on the governing boards of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the LA County Bar Association, the California Bankruptcy Forum, the UCC Committee and Debtor-Creditor Committee of the California Bar Association, and the Financial Lawyers' Conference. Mr. Krause represents debtors, creditors’ committees, secured creditors, lessors and acquirers in chapter 11 cases and complex out-of-court restructurings. Mr. Krause is a contributing author of "California Real Property Financing: Bankruptcy and Secured Real Property Transactions," CEB, 1989; Steinberg, Bankruptcy Litigation, 1989. He has also written many articles, and has served as a consultant for Bernhardt, California Mortgage and Deed of Trust Practice (2d ed. 1989 CEB). |
