Bonnie Bulla Discovery Commissioner Eighth Judicial District Court Bonnie A. Bulla was appointed Discovery Commissioner for the Eighth Judicial District Court in January 2007. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a B.S. degree in Economics from Arizona State University in 1984. She received her J.D. degree from Arizona State University in 1987 and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. She has been a member of the Nevada Bar since 1987.
