Nicholas Brodich Tarbell & Brodich, Concord Nicholas Brodich has been a partner with the Concord law firm of Tarbell & Brodich, P.A. since 2007, where his primary focus is on criminal litigation. He also practices civil litigation. Nick received his Bachelor’s degree from Creighton University, in Omaha, Nebraska and his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a member of the NHBA’s Criminal Justice Section, and he is admitted to the Federal District Court in New Hampshire. Nick is also a member of the New Hampshire Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He was an attorney with the New Hampshire Public Defender Program from 1988 to 1994, before leaving to start Moir & Brodich, P.A. with fellow faculty member James Moir. 11/09 tL
