Dayna E. Underhill Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, Portland DAYNA E. UNDERHILL joined Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in August 2007. Prior to joining Hinshaw, she was in private practice since 1994 and was with the public defenders office from 1992 to 1994. She focuses her practice in the area of legal professional responsibility and ethics, with particular emphasis in the area of attorney disciplinary defense and legal ethics advice. She advises lawyers, law firms and corporate in-house lawyers in legal ethics, risk management and professional responsibility matters. She also practices in the areas of commercial and employment litigation.
