James J. Garrity, Esq. Wisler Pearlstine, LLP, Blue Bell Mr. Garrity is a partner in the Blue Bell law firm of Wisler, Pearlstine, Talone, Craig, Garrity & Potash, LLP. Mr. Garrity’s professional time is divided almost equally between the representation of commercial developers and his responsibilities as the Solicitor of four Montgomery Townships. In addition to representing his own townships in various land use matters and appeals, Mr. Garrity has been retained on a number of occasions to act as special counsel to other Bucks and Montgomery County municipalities which have been faced with a variety of curative amendment and substantive validity challenges. Mr. Garrity has previously lectured for PBI, the Pennsylvania First and Second Class Township Associations and the Montgomery County Bar Association on zoning and land development topics. He received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and his J.D. from Villanova University.
