Alexander H. Plache, Esq. Senior Intellectual Property Counsel Saint-Gobain Corp., Valley Forge Alexander Plache is Sr. Intellectual Property Counsel for Saint-Gobain Corporation. His responsibilities include all aspects of Intellectual Property law including procurement, maintenance, enforcement and licensing of IP assets (patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets), as well as IP related issues involving non-compete agreements, unfair competition, antitrust, acquisitions and divestitures. Alex has been with Saint-Gobain since 1992. Prior to joining the company, he was a partner at the law firm of Jones Walker in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has an A.B. degree from Cornell University and a J.D. from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo.
