Jack K. Ruderman is the director of the Sustainable Energy Division at the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission in Concord, NH. He is responsible for management of the state’s Renewable Energy Fund and Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction Fund, both recently created to advance New Hampshire’s sustainable energy goals. He also serves as co-chair of the state’s Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Energy Board, and is a member of the Hopkinton town energy committee. Prior to joining the PUC, he served as the Deputy Director of the New Hampshire Office of Energy and Planning. He holds a B.A. in political science from Tufts University and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.10/09 TL
