Mark A. Solomon Solomon Dwiggins Freer & Morse, Ltd. Mr. Solomon has lectured to Bar and civic groups in Nevada on estate, trust and guardianship issues and procedures and is a long standing member of the Trust and Estate Sections of the State Bar of Nevada and American Bar Association. In addition, he serves as a Chairman of the Legislative Committee for the Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar of Nevada and has proposed and secured passage of various amendments to the Nevada Revised Statutes concerning wills, estates, guardianships and trusts. Mark Solomon has also served as an expert witness in trust, estate and guardianship matters in the Clark County District Court and the Federal District Court for the District of Nevada.
