He has tried over 100 jury trials, is listed in "The Best Lawyers in America", is ranked as one of Maryland's leading civil litigators by Chambers and Partners, is listed in CEO Magazine's Maryland Legal Elite, an dis listed as one of the top 50 laweyrs in Maryland by SuperLawyers. He is the author of two MSBA publications, including Civil Pre-Trial Practice, the text used for this course. He is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Maryland School of Law and at the University of Baltimore School of Law. He also has written over thirty articles in various law reviews and bar journals.
