Mary Re Knack Williams Kastner, Seattle Mary Re Knack is a member in the Seattle office of Williams Kastner PLLC. Her practice includes litigation and legal advice related to health care, insurance coverage and bad faith, product liability, mass tort and other civil matters. Ms. Knack also provides advice to the insuranceindustry and self-insureds about their Medicare Secondary Payer Act and Medicare, Medicaid and SCHIP Extension Act (MMSEA) §111 obligations. She is a member of the DRI Medical Liability and Health Care Law, Product Liability, Drug and Medical Device and Insurance Law Committees,holding leadership positions in each. She also serves on the DRI Law Institute as webcast chair and is the chair of the DRI Medicare Secondary Payer Task Force.
