Charlene Sabin, MD Charlene Sabin, M.D., Portland. Dr. Sabin did her pediatric residency at OHSU from 1977 to 1981 and her child psychiatry fellowship from 1981 to 1983. Since 1983, Dr. Sabin has been a behavioral pediatrician in Portland specializing in children’s mental health, children’s adjustment to divorce, and children in foster care. She has also provided forensic consultations to the Department of Human Services–Child Welfare, custody evaluations in the private sector, and consultations to community mental health agencies.
