Michael E. Joseph McAfee & Taft, Oklahoma City, OK Michael Joseph is a shareholder and director in the firm of McAfee & Taft, where he engages in a general business and corporate practice, concentrating in representation of individuals, institutions, and organizations in various industries. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1973 from the University of Oklahoma and a Juris Doctor degree in 1976 from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was a member of the Board of Editors of the Oklahoma Law Review. Mr. Joseph joined McAfee & Taft in 1977. He is a transactional lawyer, representing clients in a broad range of corporate, healthcare, and business law matters.
