Jil  Dalesandro Moderator, Law and Mediation Offices of Jil Dalesandro Jil Dalesandro is the principal of the Law and Mediation Offices of Jil Dalesandro. Her law practice focuses on business litigation and employment law. Since approximately 1997, Ms. Dalesandro has acted as a private mediator and arbitrator in business, employment, and various civil litigation matters. Jil also serves as a public arbitrator/mediator for the Santa Clara County Superior Court’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Panel. Jil is the immediate Past President of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, is the current Chair of its ADR Executive Committee, and has served as a member of its Board of Trustees since 2007.
