Monica Richman Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP, New York Monica B. Richman is a partner with the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group of Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP. She has broad experience in the areas of trademark and copyright law, including counseling, licensing, trademark portfolio management and intellectual property issues related to secured transaction, acquisitions and litigations. Ms. Richman represents clients in a wide variety of industries, including financial services, pharmaceutical and health care, technology, media, gaming, entertainment, retail, fashion, real estate and publishing. Prior to joining Sonnenschein, Ms. Richman was the chair of the trademark department at Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP. Before entering the private practice, Ms. Richman clerked for the Honorable Judge Loren A. Smith, former chief judge for the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. She is a graduate of Emory University School of Law and received her BBA at The George Washington University. |
