Harry Reinert King County Department of Development and Environmental Services, Seattle Harry Reinert works on environmental, shoreline management, growth management, and legislative issues for the King County Department of Development and Environmental Services. He has been actively involved in updates to King County’s critical areas regulations and the King County Comprehensive Plan and Shoreline Master Program.Prior to working for King County, Harry was Executive Director of the Land Use Study Commission and counsel to the Governor's Task Force on Regulatory Reform. Harry served as a senior staff attorney for the Washington State House of Representatives from 1983 to 1994.A graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, Harry is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and is a past member of the Executive Committee of the Environmental and Land Use Law Section.
