John P. Rader John P. (Jack) Rader’s career includes a wide variety of experiences in managing and selling real estate projects, acting as receiver in state court and trustee in bankruptcy court to liquidate properties for the benefit of creditors, and investment brokerage, leasing, property management and consulting services. He is a frequent speaker on real-estate related topics and is the past-president of the Washington Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the largest commercial real estate trade association in the United States.Rader’s trustee and receivership work commenced in 1988. His recent trustee work includes selling a Marriott Hotel for $17MM in Federal Way and selling and refinancing a residence and ranch in Missoula, Montana. As a receiver, he has managed and/or liquidated over 20 companies whose assets ranged from $5MM to $24MM, in actions brought by numerous banks and insurance companies in the State of Washington.
