Clifford Freed Frank Freed Subit & Thomas, LLP, Seattle Clifford Freed (Cliff) is a partner in Frank Freed Subit & Thomas, LLP and represents employees in all matters relating to employment. He also represents several labor unions, and advises a few small businesses, as well. Cliff has served since 1996 as a mediator in both state and federal courts, and has of late devoted a substantial amount of time to that endeavor. Cliff is associated with Washington Arbitration and Mediation Service with respect to his mediation work. Cliff was a contributor to the 1998 supplement to Lindemann & Grossman’s Employment Discrimination Law, and is the author of a chapter in the Employment Law Deskbook, published by the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association. He is a former Chair and current Trustee of the Labor & Employment Law Section of the King County Bar Association, serves as a member of the Federal Pro Bono Screening Committee, and is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Seattle University School of Law.Cliff is listed in Best Lawyers in America, has been perennially named a “Washington Super Lawyer” by Washington Law and Politics magazine, and is included in Washington CEO magazine as a “Top Lawyer” in Washington.
