Clifford Freed Frank Freed Subit & Thomas, LLP, Seattle Clifford Freed (Cliff) is a partner in Frank Freed Subit & Thomas, LLP and represents employees in all matters relating to employment. He also represents several labor unions, and advises a few small businesses, as well. Cliff has served since 1996 as a mediator in both state and federal courts, and has of late devoted a substantial amount of time to that endeavor. Cliff is associated with Washington Arbitration and Mediation Service with respect to his mediation work. Cliff was a contributor to the 1998 supplement to Lindemann & Grossman’s Employment Discrimination Law, and is the author of a chapter in the Employment Law Deskbook, published by the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.
