David R. Barlow Barlow & Niffen, PC, Kansas City Mr. David R. Barlow is a partner in the firm of Barlow & Niffen, PC, with offices in North Kansas City, Liberty, and Leavenworth. He represents primarily consumer and small business debtors in Chapter 7 and 13 matters. He graduated from the University of Kansas in 1988 with a B.A. in political science and history. He received his law degree from Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 1991. David was first licensed in Michigan in 1992, followed by Missouri and Kansas. He is admitted in Federal Court for Western District of Missouri, District of Kansas, and the Eastern District of Michigan. He is a member of the NACBA and ABI.
