Judge Tyack has been a Visiting Judge with the Supreme Court of Ohio, for which he has authored two Supreme Court opinions. He has also served as a Visiting Judge with the Second, Fifth, Eighth and 12th Ohio Appellate Districts. Judge Tyack was the recipient of the Pro Bono Award from the Columbus Bar Association and the George E. Tyack Award from the Franklin County Trial Lawyers Association. He is a frequent speaker on numerous legal topics for numerous organizations, including as a faculty member of the Ohio Judicial College.
