Abigail E. Horn, Esq Appeals Division, Defender Association of Philadelphia, Philadelphia Ms. Horn is an assistant public defender at the Defender Association of Philadelphia in the Appeals Division. Prior to joining the Defender Association, she clerked for the Honorable Jan E. DuBois of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Horn is a graduate of Yale Law School and received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Duke University.
