Thomas J. Pappas Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer, Manchester Thomas J. Pappas is a shareholder at Primmer, Piper, Eggleston & Cramer, PC in Manchester, NH. His primary area of practice is commercial and probate litigation. Tom earned his B.A. from the University of New Hampshire in 1979 and his J.D. from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 1983. He is a member of the New Hampshire, District of Columbia and the American Bar Associations (Forum Committee on Construction Law).
