Nancy Hawkins Nancy Hawkins, Attorney at Law, Seattle NANCY HAWKINS received her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington in 1979 and her law degree from the University of Puget Sound Law School in 1981. She is a sole practitioner who concentrates her practice in the areas of family law and personal injury. She is a former chair of the King County Bar Association Family Law Section. She is a chapter author for the WSBA Family Law Deskbook.
