Thomas J. Parkes Foster Pepper PLLC, Seattle Thomas J. Parkes is a member of Foster Pepper PLLC in Seattle with a transactional real estate practice with emphasis on commercial and residential development and finance. Mr. Parkes primarily represents commercial and multifamily residential developers and investors and is familiar with a broad range of real estate and land use matters, including entitlement, development, acquisitions, sales, leasing, and entity structuring. His legal experience includes general business and organizational matters, including structuring joint venture entities and operating agreements with institutional and other investors. Mr. Parkes also represents developers of commercial, residential, and mixed-use condominium projects. He received his B.S. degree in economics from The Pennsylvania State University and graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law. Mr. Parkes is an adjunct professor of basic and advanced real estate transactions at Seattle University School of Law.
