Raegen N. Rasnic Skellenger Bender, P.S., Seattle Raegen N. Rasnic is a principal with the Seattle firm Skellenger Bender, P.S. Her practice focuses on adoption and family formation, contested domestic relations litigation, and defense of health care professionals in licensing and disciplinary proceedings.Raegen represents adoptive parents and birth parents in independent, agency, and interstate placements, as well as contested matters. She also represents foster parents and other family members in dependency, guardianship and other third-party care proceedings. She advises prospective parents, donors, and surrogates in the formation of families through assisted reproduction and the establishment of parentage.Raegen speaks frequently to professional groups regarding adoption, assisted reproduction, and ethical and licensing issues for health care professionals.
