John Parker Sweeney John Parker Sweeney is a member in the Baltimore office of Womble, Carlyle, Sandridge & Rice, PLLC, in Baltimore. Mr. Sweeney is a DRI National Director, chair of DRI’s Climate Change Litigation Task Force, and the immediate past chair of DRI’s Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Committee.
