WILLIAM F. MALAIER is a principal of the creditor-debtor fimi Nagler & Malaier, P.S.. His practice includes aiding debtors with all aspects of Chapter 7, 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings, representing individual creditors, and helping clients with out-of-court financial workouts.Bill assists the Seattle University School of Law's Bankruptcy Clinic, mentoring law students interested in the field of insolvency, and was recently elected by his peers to the executive board of the Bankruptcy Section of the King County BarAssociation. Bill is a regular presenter at CLE seminars and recently co-edited the bankruptcy chapter of the Washington State Bar Association's Family Law Deskbook. He is a graduate, summa cum laude, of Providence College and received his J.D. from the University of Arizona in 2003. He has alsobeen selected by Washington Law and Politics magazine for inclusion on its annual list of Washington Rising Stars for the past two years running.
