Hon. Wade E. Waldrip Judge Second Judicial District Court, Rawlins Judge Wade Waldrip was appointed as Circuit Judge for the Second Judicial District in February of 2000 and as District Judge in the same district in April of 2004. After graduating from Riverton High School in 1970, Judge Waldrip attended the University of Wyoming, where he received a B.A. and in 1979 received his J.D. from the University of Wyoming Law School. In 1981 he practiced in Thermopolis with Bart Voigt and in 1982 joined Williams, Kelly & Waldrip, where he practiced until 2000. During that time he served as a deputy county attorney, a public defender, and as town attorney for several communities.
