Robert M. Sulkin Robert M. Sulkin is a trial attorney with McNaul Ebel practicing in the areas of commercial law, securities litigation, professional malpractice, real estate disputes, environmental issues, and issues before the National Collegiate Athletic Association. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving financial institutions, stock options, intellectual property, environmental issues, shareholders’ rights, business valuations, and professional malpractice. Some of the region’s largest institutions and law firms region have put their trust in his abilities, as have numerous smaller companies and individuals.Mr. Sulkin is a Fellow in the America College of Trial Lawyers. In March 2006, Washington CEO named him in “League of Justice, Washington’s Most Amazing Attorneys, and in January 2007, he was named as one of “Seattle’s 155 Top Lawyers” by Seattle Magazine. He received his B.A. in 1978 from the University of Wisconsin, and his law degree with honors from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1982. He began practicing law with the large Chicago firm of Katten Muchin & Zavis, then joined the Seattle firm of Culp Dwyer Guterson & Grader in 1984, where he became partner in 1991. In 1995, Mr. Sulkin became a founding member of McNaul Ebel Nawrot & Helgren P.L.L.C. Between 1995 and 1998, he served as head of the firm’s litigation department, and has served as McNaul Ebel’s managing partner since 1998.In addition to his practice, Mr. Sulkin has been an instructor at CLEs and given presentations on the legal profession and related issues.
