John McKay joined the faculty of Seattle University Law School after he resigned along with eight other United States Attorneys in 2007. Prof. McKay teaches Constitutional Law and National Security Law and lectures nationally on ethics, leadership and public interest law. A former White House Fellow, he was appointed by President George W. Bush and confirmed by the Senate as U.S. Attorney in Seattle in 2001.[October 2010]
