Parker C. Folse, III Susman Godfrey, LLP, Seattle Parker C. Folse is a trial lawyer and a partner with Susman Godfrey, LLP in the firm’s Seattle office, which he founded in 1995 after practicing in the firm’s Houston office for more than 10 years. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters. He has had extensive experience in antitrust litigation and has served on the leadership of numerous committees and task forces of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law, as well as the Executive Committee of the WSBA Antitrust Section, which he currently chairs. He also has an active patent infringement practice, in which he primarily represents plaintiffs. For three recent years, he was named to the “Top 100 Super Lawyers” list by Washington Law & Politics Magazine and in January 2007 was named as one of six “Top Lawyers” in the area of Business Litigation by Seattle magazine. Parker is a native of Austin, Texas. After graduating magna cum laude from Harvard, he returned to Austin and the University of Texas Law School, where he was editor-in-chief of the law review and graduated with high honors. He served as a law clerk for Judge Joseph T. Sneed, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and for then-Associate Justice William H. Rehnquist, U.S. Supreme Court.[October 2010] |
